Match Report |
Division 1 Broadland II 1 Lowestoft Railway 3 With no score at the break and few opportunities created, the game was crying out for someone to take hold of it and give it a good shake. Lowestoft Railway’s Jo Pallent did exactly that, by scoring twice within 5 minutes of the restart to kick the game into life. Nikki Baker converted a penalty stroke a few minutes later following an infringement in front of goal, to keep Broadland in the hunt but a late goal from Railway’s captain Kathryn Oldman gave her team the breathing space they were looking for. |
