Match Report |
East Men’s Hockey League Division 5 (North East) Norwich Exiles 3 Lowestoft Railway II 1 A penalty corner rocket from Rob Panter within a few minutes of the start and a further goal for the Exiles from Robbie Whiting clearly put Lowestoft Railway of their stride as their normal quality play was repulsed by the stubborn Exiles defence. Seeking to hold onto their lead Exiles stiffened their defence as Lowestoft Railway stepped up their game but as the pace of the game increased so did passion. The result being a number of personnel fouls being issued and a penalty stroke being awarded to Exiles which was clinically dispatched by Robbie Dix. |
