In a game in which he home side held the lead twice, plucky Watton found an equaliser near the end of a hard fought and entertaining game. Broadland ahead at the break with goals from Nikki Baker and Carre Varley conceded an equaliser early in the second half but with a smart finish from their star player Abi Dennison and a powerful strike from Sophie White held a two-goal advantage going into the last ten minutes.
