Division 3 UEA IV 1 Broadland III 5 After a cautious start Broadland took the lead through Amelia Anema who was in the right place at the right time to finish off a move instigated by mum Wendy Anema , the ball being helped on its way with a telling contribution from Carolyn Duthie. Wendy Anema doubled the score before the break, deceiving the keeper from the narrowest of angles and completed her hat trick soon after with a strong penalty corner strike which easily beat the UEA keeper. Dinky Topley pounced on a weak clearance by the home team’s keeper to complete the scoring. Tessa Hewitt, lively in Broadland’s midfield was their star player. |
