In an entertaining draw, full of twists and turns Broadland III had to share the points with local rivals Norwich City VI.  Kat Maddox opened the scoring for Broadland finishing off a delightful pass from Amelia Anema but errors at the back and two smart finishes by the City forwards gave them the advantage at the break. A further goal for City shortly after half time, made matters look rather bleak for Broadland, but picking up the pace and encouraged by vocal support Broadland bounced back through Maddox who converted a penalty corner and then completed her hat trick to level the score. Broadland now in full flow forged ahead when Maddox found Carre Varley who powered home a penalty corner to give Broadland the lead. City, now staring defeat in the face pulled out all stops and in the dying seconds of the game somehow managed to find an equalizer.  Georgie Glenn on her debut had a fine game for Broadland.
