In a contentious game full of drama, and a goal from Breckland after a mistake in the Broadland rear guard and some vigorous play from both teams, the second period was set up to be full of incident and controversy.   Izzie London playing her second game of the day, cracked home a beauty of a penalty corner for Broadland and then a repeat minutes later.  With both teams giving their all, exchanges became heated and a player from both teams spent some time cooling off on the side lines.  A penalty corner late on saw Breckland equalize with a volley high into the net.
