Lowestoft Railway   1     Broadland Exiles   4

Title chasers Broadland Exiles, in confident fashion, denied Lowesstoft Railway possession of the ball for a considerable period of the first ten minutes and then took the lead with a lightening strike as their captain Simon Nesbit’s some strong running and fantastic ball skills set up the opportunity for Mark Varley to place the ball in the home teams net. Within a minute Broadland doubled their lead again after some excellent team play, with Rob Panter’s miscued shot finding the back of the Lowestoft net. Varley stroked in a third goal before the break, again after good work by Nesbit.  Exiles looked comfortable after the break but then suffered a blow when defender Sam Brewster had to retire from the game after a heavy collision which left him concussed.  Exiles fourth goal orchestrated by the outstanding Nisbet was fired home by Phil Dawson, sadly his final game for Exiles, before he relocates to fresh pastures. Lowestoft scored a cracking consolation goal seconds before the end
