Basement side Broadland stretched their visitors Norwich Dragons IV almost to breaking point but could not manufacture a decent attempt on goal.  Dragons by contrast found the Broadland net twice in the first half with two simple team goals. Broadland restarted the second half with more determination and for long periods dominated possession and looked likely to score but somehow just could not find the finish to match. With little time on the clock Dragons scored again as a blocked goal attempt dropped invitingly on to the end of their right winger’s stick less than a metre from the line.
