Broadland II travelled to Diss determined to extend their winning run to three games. Nikki Kent’s effort nearly put her team ahead in the first minute after being set up by Holley Becker.  Broadland holding the upper hand for most of the first half bombarding the Diss defence, who had to work extremely hard not to concede. The breakthrough for Broadland came when Tess Hewitt set up Nikki Kent who volleyed into the net just before the break. Diss sensing there was something in the game for them set up numerous opportunities to equalise and eventually drew level with a scrabbled goal at their first penalty corner of the game.  With the game open and both sides dedicated to attack Broadland snatched a victory at the end through Verity Becker who for the second game in a row found a late goal for Broadland.
