Broadland were the equal to Evergreens in the first half and might have gone into the lead themselves but for some missed opportunities. As it was Evergreens were fortunate to take the lead when Lily Kidd connected with a cross from the right, her bouncing weak shot deceiving Emma Piddock in the Broadland goal  Wendy Anema kept Broadland in the game just before half time with a  confident finish after some excellent team play.  Broadland failed, however to get a grip on the game in the second half, as Evergreens  score again at a penalty corner through Chantelle Baker and then conceded again late on when Kidd found space at the far post to converted  her second and Evergreens third goal of the game.
