Broadland travelled to Thetford for their first away game of the season. . Broadland’s usually tight defence leaked a goal just before the break and disappointingly let another goal in just after half time. Broadland reacted strongly and quickly pulled a goal back with a well worked cross from Connie Harris which was eventually turned in by a Thetford defender.  A determined Broadland piled on the attack after attack on the Thetford goal but unfortunately could not find the back of the goal again. A break away, late in the second half, saw a Thetford cross from wide of the left post slotted in past Broadland's star player goalkeeper Trudi Westbury.
