| Match Report | East Hockey Women’s League Division 3 North East Broadland II 1 Norwich Dragons V 3 Alishia Alexander gave Broadland an early lead, but Dragons quickly equalized with a lifted strike into the net by Flora Gregorie. With all to play for it was Broadland who lost momentum after the break. Several injuries to Broadland’ team, provided Dragons with the encouragement they needed, and they began to control the game and then forged ahead through Josie Harris. She scored again as the game began to drift away from the home team. A change in formation brought the Broadland team back into the game but unfortunately made little difference to the final outcome Broadland’s star player Lorna Cousins made a heroic save with a clearance off the line, late on. Best wishes to Danni Garwood who was unable to play due to an accident the previous day.
