| Match Report | Saturday 25th February 2023 East Men’s Hockey League Division 3 North East Broadland Exiles 3 East Coast II 0 Exiles captain Sam Brewster scored his first ever hockey hat trick against an uncompromising East Coast II. All his goals came from penalty corners, the first just after 4 minutes. He doubled Exiles lead just 2 minutes later but had to wait until after the break to score his third. East Coast did hit a Broadland post but trying to crash the ball through the middle on the water based pitch was their down fall as the ball either went straight through and off the end or was picked off by Exiles experienced midfield or mopped up by their astute defenders.
